What sort of company are you actually ?
Salesupply enables you to take your webshop abroad successfully. We relieve you of all commercial tasks and handling involving your webshop. Visitors of your site will get the impression that a national company is concerned.
You mean a fulfilment company ?
Actually..yes. However, such terms are of little interest to us. We are just a partner having a shared sales purpose!
Okay, sounds good… but isn't this just an ordinary telephone service ?
No, it's not. Telephone service is just one of our services. Salesupply is originated from e-commerce and not like many other parties from the call center industry. Salesupply also offers e-commerce consultancy, project management and other e-commerce related services.
All Salesupply Offices have experienced Country Managers with a team of experienced e-commerce consultants who live and work in the country.
Each Country Manager leads a team of shop managers who own a small team of call center agents. All call center agents are native speakers and work preferably full-time for Salesupply. Incoming calls are handled professionally and our clients receive daily reports.
So Salesupply employees know what my products are about ?
Yes, they do. All major issues concerning your shop are listed in the intake, including frequently asked questions about the product you are going to sell. This list enables our employees to immediately answer questions by phone or e-mail. Any possible uncertainty or question that is hard to answer will immediately be returned to you and included in our databank.
Mmm…but my product is so specific…will it work ?
Yes…indeed! Salesupply only works with webshops offering a vertical and homogeneous product. It is difficult for us to support broad range companies (e.g. online department stores). In practice we might decide not to help a potential customer because the range of products doesn't match our facilities.
How can I know if my product will be successful abroad ?
This is obviously the key question. Since this question cannot be answered straightaway, our offers and sales paths ALWAYS start with a Market Scan. This study includes (price) competition, cost of advertising, turnover prognosis, sales channels etc. and will accurately show how things are and what will be the opportunities and pitfalls in the country you are planning to sell in.
What countries does Salesupply cover ?
Our call centres and offices are operational in Germany (Duisburg), France (Paris), UK (Cambridge), Denmark (Copenhagen), Spain (Barcelona), Italy (Milan) and the Netherlands (Nijmegen). Early 2010 we will be ready to provide facilities in Poland and Sweden.
